SOCAN: Community Conversation at Rogue Climate

From Southern Oregon Climate Action Now

Help guide where we go, engage with like minded people, and generate new action steps.
Let’s talk about what matters! Our community conversation event is the perfect opportunity to discuss climate action and sustainability.

Your voice is valuable—see you there!

SOCAN is hosting its second Community Conversation event in lieu of our regular September monthly meeting. Due to the Medford library’s large room being under renovation this month, we’ve chosen to partner with Rogue Climate and bring the event to their office in Phoenix. We are excited to expand the community conversation to include our partners at Rogue Climate, and we expect a larger turn out this month because of it. This event will also coincide with the NYC Climate Week events, running from September 22nd through the 26th. You can learn more here.

In keeping with the previous community conversation, this event is focused on creating a space where voices can join in solidarity. Where the community of climate conscious individuals can work from common ground, and enjoy imagining the possibilities of where our respective movements can help to guide our communities. We hope you’ll join us!
