BDI partner and collaborator, the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection (ICAP) has created fact sheets for all 50 states and a toolkit to address the rise of unlawful private paramilitaries.
Their toolkit discusses legal principles, best practices, and creative solutions local jurisdictions are able to utilize in order to protect public safety while respecting constitutional rights during rallies, protests, and other public events.
