Emma’s Revolution, the renowned activist duo of Pat Humphries and Sandy O, returns to Ashland for a concert hosted by the secular Rogue Valley Peace Choir. Advance tickets are available in Ashland prior to the day of the concert at the Music Coop, 268 East Main St., and Paddington Station, 125 East Main St., for $20. Tickets at the door are $25. The often irreverent duo’s songs have been sung for the Dalai Lama, covered by Holly Near and praised by Pete Seeger, who was a dear friend and mentor to the duo. Emma’s Revolution has a national presence among communities, organizations and venues that share the duo’s vision of valuing people over profit, choosing compassion over violence, demanding accountability, and building a more just and sustainable world. The Rogue Valley Peace Choir mission is to promote peace, social justice and environmental stewardship through song.
