Peace Choir Invites Us to ‘Turn the World Around’ During Free Concert

WHO: The Rogue Valley Peace Choir
WHAT: Final public concert of the season
WHEN: 3 p.m. Sunday, May 19
WHERE: First Methodist Church, 175 North Main Street, Ashland
TICKETS: Tickets are not required. Admission is free. Donations will be gratefully
accepted at the door.

Rogue Valley Peace Choir, now in its 21st year, comprises more than
50 voices from across the valley directed by Rob Griswell-Lowry and accompanied by
Mikiko Petruccelli. The mission of the choir is to promote peace, social justice and the
well-being of our planet. This is the final public concert of the season for the choir and
the performance will include its full repertoire of uplifting as well as thought-provoking
songs. Some pieces are new takes on familiar and well-loved songs, some will simply
delight, and still others may shift our perspective on the state of our society or the
