MLK 2025 Community Gathering (Grants Pass)

The 2025 Remembrance at the Grants Pass Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 11 AM–3 PM at GPHS Commons. The event will include:

Food trucks: Available at 11 AM and 1:30 PM
Performances: Hula O Nuku ‘Aina, Ballet Folklorico, Sakura Bon Japanese Dance, and Charlie Brown Squares
Storytelling, reflection, music, and poetry: Honoring Dr. King’s legacy

The event is a partnership between Rogue Community College, Newman United Methodist Church, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, and Bethany Presbyterian Church. Tim Wallace, Michelle LeComte, and other community singers will provide live music.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day is observed on the third Monday of January, which in 2025 is January 20.
