HandsOff2025 has been asking for a national day of action and it’s finally here. This day, in every city and town across the country, millions of activists from a coalition of progressive groups across the country will rally, march and stand up to the Trump agenda. The theme for the day is “Hands Off!” A core principle behind Hands Off! is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with these values. At Noon, Switch Places!
If you want, you can march from Hawthorne Park to the second rally at Vogel Plaza downtown. It’s about a half-mile or a 15-minute walk. Please stay on the sidewalks and obey traffic signals.
The noon to 2 p.m. event is being organized by 50501, which stands for 50 states, 50 protests, 1 movement.
