Today in Clear Actions, we want to rewind through 2024 with a roundup of featured articles we published. Every week, our small editorial team curates and writes about timely news, events, and actions to help unravel some of the complex issues of our time. Visit our Clear Actions archive page to find issues from the past six months. Our goal in producing our weekly dispatch has always been to go beyond the surface and shed light on useful analysis and insight – to help people dig into topics that get lost in the noise of the mass media.
Below we have made an abbreviated list of topics we covered with original reporting that relate to social and racial justice, and war. In addition to these contributions, we regularly include updates from organizations dedicated to nonviolence and interfaith activism offering hope in dark times. In addition, we include analysis from advocacy groups upending racism, like Southern Poverty Law Center, and foreign policy experts like those from the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft. And finally, we always include updates on local issues including the housing crisis, environmental justice, and food insecurity in our region.
We hope that as readers, you can take something meaningful from Clear Actions each week, whether it be an insight, an action opportunity, or reliable information to help you stay informed. Thanks for reading and Happy New Year!
