Hideko Tamura Snider, child survivor of Hiroshima, is sharing her memoir One Sunny Day and her
mission to bring people together in collective healing. This event is in Lidgate Hall at the church. The memoir tells of Hideko’s extraordinary life as a survivor of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and how she chose to dedicate her life to peace. One Sunny Day is a poignant story of courage and resilience and remains deeply relevant today, offering a profoundly personal testimony against the ongoing threat of nuclear warfare.
