Class: A Mindful and Nonviolent Holiday Season

Gain mindfulness tools to help you cope with holiday stressors more wisely. Learn how to apply nonviolence and mindfulness techniques in order to experience the minimum amount of stress and the maximum amount of joy during this season.

This is a 90-minute Class on Zoom on Tuesday, October 24, 1-2:30pm.
