Gig for Gaza — A Fundraiser

Come join Jewish Voice for Peace in our fundraising efforts for the beloved people of Gaza. 100% of Proceeds will go to organizations that are delivering humanitarian aid and services directly to the people of Gaza.

Concert, dancing and more! Siblings Isla and Rowan Blanchflower alongside James Keigher form Riméad, creating an exciting and delightful blend of traditional and original tunes on fiddle, accordion, mandocello and bodhrán. A new generation of musicians with an old fella thrown in for good measure.

Peg Tooth Bow Saw organize monthly community dance events featuring live tunes played by various local musicians and called dances. Beginners are welcome, no partner necessary. Featuring circles, squares, contras, waltz’s,etc.

Silent auction and raffle will be ongoing throughout the evening, featuring quality items and services. Come connect with community, build solidarity, share some food and drink and lift your spirits with joyful music and dance, all in support of the people of Gaza and a Free Palestine.

This event is cosponsored by Jewish Voice for Peace-Rogue Valley. A $5-$50 donation will be requested at the door. All are welcome! No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

The first-of-its-kind celebration will begin at 3 pm at the Southern Oregon University Music Recital Hall, 450 S. Mountain Ave., Ashland. No tickets or reservations are needed, and parking is free.
