A concert featuring Lisa Spencer and Karen Wennlund, along with the Holy Misfits will be held Saturday, March 9, 3:00 pm at Ashland United Church of Christ, 717 Siskiyou Blvd. True to the folk tradition, Lisa Spencer and Karen Wennlund perform songs that stir us to an awareness of the times we live in. The Holy Misfits, Lynne Pethtel, Marcy Robertson and Jeannie Marsh, are committed to sharing their music to benefit social justice and raise the vibration of loving service to all.
The concert will benefit local organizations’ rental relief and utility assistance programs. Suggested donation of $10 to $100. Sponsored by Ashland United Church of Christ’s Justice and Witness Ministry.
