Peace Choir Welcomes New Singers

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
September 4

If you would like to use your creative energy to sing for peace, social justice, and the environment, you are invited to join the non-audition, secular Rogue Valley Peace Choir (RVPC) as it begins its 2025-26 season in September.

Registration begins at 6 pm Thursday, Sept. 4, and the first rehearsal for the choir begins that evening at the First United Methodist Church, 175 N. Main St., Ashland. Rehearsals — from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursdays — will continue through mid-May 2026.

This season the choir, now in its 23rd year, will host other peace choirs from the region for a combined choir event at Southern Oregon University in February. The RVPC choir will also perform at a variety of venues: schools, retirement homes, art events, fundraisers for social causes, and community and holiday events throughout the year with the season culminating in mid-May concerts. See more about the choir.
