The Lotus Institute: Beginning Anew Retreat

On January 14th, 15th and 16th Dharma Teachers Sister Peace, Ava Avalos, Joe Reilly and Peggy Rowe will offer a special new year’s practice from Thich Nhat Hanh. Visit the event website here.

“We will share sitting and walking meditation, restorative yoga and mindful movement, and other experiential exercises that support releasing the old year and welcoming in the new. We aspire to bring you deep rest, spiritual nourishment and great practical tools to start 2022 in freedom and joy.”

The first-of-its-kind celebration will begin at 3 pm at the Southern Oregon University Music Recital Hall, 450 S. Mountain Ave., Ashland. No tickets or reservations are needed, and parking is free.
