1.   La Clinica is able to offer no barrier video medical visits on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8 to 10 am at the center at 48 5th street.

ACRC offers companionship, access to telephones and online computers as well as mail drop and message center
services. More in-depth services such as aid in completing applications for low income housing, help with
replacements of personal identification, documents and case management are also available but generally require
more than one day. By appointment: Legal Aid (Wed.), Vet housing (alt. Mondays), Vet advocacy (Thursday), showers
and laundry Thursday 12:45pm to 5pm at AEFB #7 on map. Open Monday to Friday 9am to 2 pm.
7. Ashland Emergency Food Bank (AEFB). 560 Clover Lane. 541-488-9544. Open Monday through Friday
and the first Saturday of each month from 9:30am to12:30pm; the 4th Wednesday of every month from 5pm to 7pm.
