This presentation was scheduled in advance of the statewide ballot proposition on mandatory GMO foods labeling.  Dr. Seidler is a retired Professor of Microbiology at Oregon State University; former Senior Research Scientist and GMO Biosafety Team Leader, Terrestrial Plant Ecology Research Branch, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Corvallis; and international speaker on health and environmental effects as well as the economics of GMOs. He has also been named one of the 2,000 Outstanding World Scientists of the 20th Century and twice won the EPA Bronze Medal for research service to the agency.
